Bob the Banker: As a bank president for nearly 25 years, Bob discovered his own personal potential when he set out to launch a new bank in 2000 in the Madison area and in turn, helped strengthen and enhance Fitchburg's identity as a vibrant place to live, work and play. He treats his customers and staff like family, even at the bank where the smell of warm cookies makes you feel at home.
